In midst of all events coming with the Genshin Impact 2.4 update, we have the main seasonal event, Fleeting Colors in Flight—a nuanced version of the Lantern Rite Festival.

Fleeting Colors in Flight Event Schedule
Genshin Impact Lantern Rite re-run event, aka the Fleeting Colors in Flight event, will commence on January 25, 2022, at 10:00:00 server time, and it will end on February 12, 2022, at 03:59:59 server time.
It is an eighteen days long seasonal event where you get to experience multiple themed events.
Fleeting Colors in Flight Event Overview
The Fleeting Colors in Flight event is comprised of four sub-events with different themes.
The first sub-event is Flameplume Starflowers, and in this event, you have to make fireworks.
The second sub-event is The Great Gathering, and in this event, you have to collect the fragments of the Jade Chamber while dealing with enemy mobs.

The third sub-event is Wondrous Shadows, and in this event, you have to solve image-related puzzles to receive rewards. This particular sub-event looks like a straight copy from the Resident Evil 7 shadow puzzle that we use to solve to open the secret entrance to avoid the Father and Mother of the Baker Family.
The fourth and last sub-event is Oceanic Defender, and in this event, you have to battle a hydra-like enemy that looks a lot similar to Osial, the Lord of Vortex. Maybe it is Osial whom we fight during this part of the event. Though, only time will tell.

We also have a special sub-event called Prosperous Partnership that allows you to use event-exclusive currencies to obtain a free four-star Liyue character, including Yin Jin.
Similar to what you do in the Prosperous Partnership sub-event, you can use event-exclusive currencies to claim Ningguang’s Orchid’s Evening Gown costume.
