• Weapon Skill – Spotless Heart: Elemental Skill DMG is increased by 40% of DEF. The effect will be triggered no more than once every 1.5s and will be cleared 0.1s after the Elemental Skill deals DMG.

Best Wielder for Cinnabar Spindle 

The best wielder for the Cinnabar Spindle is none other than Albedo. Hs re-run banner will release alongside Eula’s re-run banner on November 24, 2021. 

So far, players have been using the Harbinger of Dawn on Albedo. However, with the Cinnabar Spindle getting introduced in the game, players can finally use Albedo as a DPS unit, rather than only using him as a battery. 

Albedo’s Elemental Skill scales with DEF and the Cinnabar Spindle not only increases a character’s DEF, but the weapon skill also scales the Elemental Skill damage based on total DEF.
