Go to Konda Village

Ask the Locals of Information

First, you have to talk to the NPC called Futaba.

After you have exhausted her dialogues, talk to the Konda village chief.

Next, you have to talk to an old women who goes by the name Saimon Eri. She will tell you about the Konda village well and some strange things have been happening in the village.

Saimon Eri and Futaba hint you to talk to Takeru. He is on the roof near the fish pole. After talking to Takeru, players have to look for clues around the Konda village.

Look for Clues

Head towards the marked location and look for clues. Each location will give you an item that you need in the next part of the quest.

The second clue is found in the river straight to where Takeru was.

The third clue is hidden behind Konda village well.

Give Purse by the Dried-up Well to the village chief

Give cargo bag fished out of water to the village chief
