It is an item used as a cooking ingredient and as a local character ascension material for the playable character Ayaka.

Near the Entrance of Inazuma City

At the above player icon location, players can find three Sakura Bloom at one location.

Use electro attacks on the pink and purple clusters to collect Sakura Bloom.

Chinju Forest

The Chinju Forest on Narukami Island is another good location for finding Sakura Bloom.

Teleport to Chinju Forest waypoint, turn around and you will find a Sakura Bloom.

If instead of turning, you move straight forward from the Chinju forest teleport waypoint, you will find another Sakura Bloom.

Follow the path from Chinju Forest teleport waypoint to Kamisato Estate to find more Sakura Bloom.

Path Between Kamisato Estate and Grand Narukami Shrine

If you follow the indirect path between Kamisato Estate and Narukami Shrine, you will find more than seven Sakura Bloom in a matter of few minutes.

To being with, go to the above player icon location. You will find two Sakura Bloom in one place.

Use the Electrograna to scale the mountain. And, use the flower markers in the above map to get to other Sakura Bloom locations.

Here is a close-up look at the Sakura Bloom Location near Narukami Shrine. There are around five to six Sakura Bloom found in Grand Narukami Shrine itself. If you follow the shrine path down the mountain, you will find four to five more, Sakura Bloom. There are more found in the vicinity. So, make sure to explore thoroughly.
