By using the Training Grounds located all over the map, it is possible to become much stronger and unlock some powerful special abilities. Here’s everything you need to know about them.

How to Find Training Grounds in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Training Grounds are found all over the Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot world and are relatively easy to spot, as their location can be highlighted by a blue light that can be seen from afar if you use your Ki to search. Training Grounds are also marked on the map with a specific icon, so you can use both Ki searching and the map to locate them easily, no matter where you are.

How to Use Training Grounds

Training Grounds include some unique combat challenges that can be completed once to unlock Super Attacks and Masteries. The former are powerful special moves that can make the most difficult fights easier, while the latter are Know-Hows that increase stats and the power of Super Attacks.

To take on any Training Grounds challenge, you will have to use D Medals. These can be found on the map or by completing Substories, so make sure to complete optional content and explore around to always have some on hand. You can never know when you will need to become stronger.
