Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot: How to Get D Medals

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot features a lot of different interconnected gameplay systems that allow players to power up Goku and all the other characters, make them learn new special attacks, and so on. These gameplay systems require items like Z Orbs to be activated, so you will have to do a little bit of grinding to unlock each character’s full potential.

Here’s where to find D Medals, another type of item needed to improve characters in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

How to Get D Medals in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

D Medals in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot are required for Training, which allows you to unlock additional moves and Super Attacks. Each training session has a different D Medal cost, so you will need quite a few to unlock all characters’ moves.

D Medals can be obtained in a variety of ways, but the most common way to get them is by exploring the world. If you access the map, you can learn how many D Medals can be found in a certain area. To better pinpoint their location, you must use the Search for Ki ability, which is used to highlight all points of interest in a certain area.

D Medals are also obtained by completing select main quests and substories. Please note that some substories may become unavailable if you progress the main story, so make sure to complete them as soon as they become available to not miss the chance of obtaining some easy D Medals.
