As we said, ending up in the Shassar Sea, you have to find the Library of Zoltun Kulle. But before you can get to the Library of Zoltun Kulle, you need to complete the following story quests:

Boss location in Shassar Sea
Like all other locations in Diablo Immortal, Shassar Sea has its boss. This boss is called Fahir, and to fight him, you need to go to the Tomb of Fahir dungeon.
In this dungeon, you have to defeat the Icon of Rebirth and Icon of Souls mini-bosses, after which you can fight King Fahir. After defeating this boss, you need to go down the elevator, defeat several hordes of monsters and kill the mini-boss King Fahir’s pet spider: Segethis, and activate the platform. After that, the dungeon is complete, and you will receive valuable rewards.
