Civilization VI Expansion Bundle Confirmed For Nintendo Switch

Civilization VI made its jump on Nintendo Switch recently, bringing its deep and complex experience on the console. The game is already massive, but if you haven’t had enough, you will be able to enjoy some additional content in November thanks to the Expansin Bundle.

The Expansion Bundle, which is releasing on November 22nd worldwide, will include the Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm expansions, adding new civilizations and leaders, new gameplay systems and depth, and unique challenges.

In Rise and Fall, players are able to alter the course of history thanks to a Loyalty system which can both improve the empire and make it fall into the Dark Age. Nothing is forever, however, and the system is flexible enough that it allows a civilization to go from one age to another with ease, so the coming Dark Age isn’t the end of all things.

In Gathering Storm, a unique system which regulates natural disasters is introduces, adding even more unpredictability to the game. Player’s choices also have an impact on the world’s ecosystem, so making the right choices will not only improve your empire, but also the entire world.

Civilization VI is now available on Nintendo Switch worldwide. The Expansion Bundle will be released in all regions on November 22nd.
