Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 brings lots of brand new features and weapons to the island. One such feature is a mobility item called the D-Launcher. These immovable platforms are dotted around specific areas and can help players move around places and escape enemies. D-Launcher Locations in Fortnite
D-Launchers are not items players can carry but are immovable items found around some of the places on the island map. When approached and stepped upon by a player, the D-Launcher launches the player in the direction the air flow is travelling- this is important to note.
If the D-Launcher is facing west then that is the direction you will be launched, even if you are facing east. The launcher has arrows showing what direction the air is flowing to indicate which direction you will be launched.

You can find multiple D-Launchers dotted around these locations:
- Cloudy Condos (8)
- Shimmering Shrine (3)
- Fort Jonesy (4)
- Herald’s Sanctum (3)
- Lustrous Lagoon (3)
- Rave Cave (1)

As you can see they are mostly positioned on the eastern side of the map, and in the newer places introduced this season. It is not know whether more D-Launchers will be added to the map as the season progresses, but if that does happen we will update you as soon as we can.
