At the start of the They Who Hear the Sea world quest, players have to search for treasure on Twinning Isle.
Teleport to Twinning Isle waypoint and navigate your way to the small search area on the top of a small ground formation.
Stand on the middle section and you will get a prompt to start digging. Interact with it and you will dig a Luxurious Chest.
