Earlier today, miHoYo announced the start date, time, and pre-requisites for Genshin Impact’s upcoming playable character Ganyu’s story quest – Sinae Unicornis Chapter. Ganyu’s banner and story quest will be available in Genshin Impact, starting January 12, 2021, at 18:00:00 (server time).
To be able to play Ganyu’s story quest Sinae Unicornis Chapter, players must have completed the Archon Quest, Chapter I: Act III – “A New Star Approaches”. Furthermore, they must have adventure rank 40 or above.
As always players will be able to see the story quest once they unlock the feature at Adventure rank 26. Moreover, similar to any other story quest players need a story quest key to unlock the Sinae Unicornis Chapter.

To get the story key, complete 8 daily commissions – and once you are done, claim the key in the story quest section located below Paimon’s icon on the game screen.
Ganyu’s banner and Rate up characters – Genshin Impact
We also have some official information on Ganyu’s banner and rate up characters, and the official name for the event banner. Genshin Impact’s new event wish banner releasing on January 12, 2021, is called Adrift in the Harbor, and it will feature the five-star cryo user Ganyu and three-four star characters Xingqiu, Xiangling, and Noelle.
All the aforementioned Genshin Impact characters will have rate up implying players will high chance to get the featured characters. Players can use Intertwined Fate or Primogems to roll for Ganyu’s banner.
