How To Unlock Fishing Rod in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To unlock the Fishing Rod in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will first have to find the Royale Pickaxe and then use it to make your way toward the lake between Peaceful Meadows and Dazzle Beach. You will find a Broken Fishing Rod near the lake, which you must take to Goofy.

You will find Goofy’s house in Peaceful Meadows. Get inside his house and interact with Goofy till you get the option to give him the Borken Fishing Rod.
Before doing the above step, you may have to talk to Merlin once and then speak to Donald Duck. You can find them near the Wishing Well. So, in short, you have to obtain the Broken Fishing Rod and give it to Goofy to get Fishing Rod to complete The Royale Tools mission.
