Where to Find the Strength HM
Unfortunately, you cannot get Strength in the early stages of the game. Only closer to the middle of the game, you will have such an opportunity.
South to the Solaceon Town you will find a tower on Route 209. Climb to the top of it. You will have to fight with several trainers, but also on the way up you will find useful items. On the top floor, you will meet two old ladies. After talking to them, you will receive 3 HM Strength. Power will immediately appear in your Poketch under the Hidden Moves tab.
