How to Get TM95
You can get the TM95 item in Celestic Town from Cynthia’s grandmother. You will find her inside the ruins in Celestic Town once you have defeated the Galactic Grunt. When you locate her, give her the Old Charm, and in return, you will get the TM95 item.
