To find the Aspect of Reanimation in Diablo 4, you will have to progress the main campaign until you reach the Scosglen area. More specifically, I was able to find this aspect in the Aldurwood dungeon. The neat thing is that you can hover the pointer above the dungeon icon on the world map, and it will inform you whether you can get the Aspect of Reanimation as a completion reward. Keep in mind that you can get this aspect only on the first completion.

The Aspect of Reanimation can also drop at random on Legendary item drops, so you could also try your luck with various World Events or World Bosses.
