In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you can find Rushrooms on the northern part of the Great Sky Island, a little west of the Temple of Time, near the Ukoh Shrine. Apart from them, you can find a few in the eastern and southern parts of the Island.

Rushrooms grow on ceilings, mountain walls, and other rocky structures. Unlike most vegetation, you won’t find them on the ground. So when looking for Rushrooms, look at the walls and other vertical structures to easily spot them.
