In Fortnite Chapter 3, Season One, you will find Sgt. Winter’s workshop in the Northeast part of the map. You will find his workshop west of Logjam Lumberyard.

Once you reach Sgt. Winter’s workshop, which is a gas station with a holiday theme. You can dance for three seconds three times to complete the Winterfest 2021 challenge.

Also, keep in mind, to complete the challenge, you must be within the premise of Sgt. Winter’s workshop. Or else, dancing for three seconds will not complete the Winterfest challenge.
