When will Mojang add Chiseled Bookshelf to Minecraft Bedrock? – Answered
Chiseled Bookshelf will arrive in Minecraft Bedrock Edition with the 1.20 update. This update is supposed to release at some point in 2023. Minecraft 1.20 update is expected to release around June-July 2023.
Chiseled Bookshelf is already available in Minecraft Bedrock Beta and Preview. Players can download the latest beta/preview and enable the experimental features to try 1.20 features, including Chiseled Bookshelf.
Chiseled Bookshelf: Everything You Need to Know
Written books, enchanted books, and books and quills are all non-stackable items, which makes storing them somewhat tedious. With Chiseled Bookshelf, Mojang is attempting to solve this problem in Minecraft.
Chiseled Bookshelf is an empty bookshelf that can be used for storing up to six book-type items. Its texture gets changed every time a new book is inserted. With right-click, players can add a book to Chiseled Bookshelf, while left-clicking removes the last added book.
Players can craft a Chiseled Bookshelf using six planks and three slabs. Place three planks on the upper and bottom row and three slabs in the middle to make a Chiseled Bookshelf.
Chiseled Bookshelf also outputs a redstone signal depending on the number of books stored. Players can use Chiseled Bookshelf in their redstone builds in Minecraft. Redstone comparators can detect the number of books inside a Chiseled Bookshelf.
Many players are interested in using Chiseled Bookshelf in Minecraft. If you have any queries related to Chiseled Bookshelf, feel free to ask in the comments!
