There is a slight difference between Extreme and Original display graphics settings in Tower of Fantasy. While Extreme graphics settings maximize the Texture and Material quality, Vegetation detail, View Distance, and other things, the Original graphics settings push the quality of each setting by an extra ounce, making the game look how it was meant to look.

There is not much difference in FPS when you play the game on Original Display settings compared to Extreme Display settings. But, if you are playing the game on a low-end PC, make sure to lower the settings to Smooth to get the best frame rate at the expense of quality.

If you don’t want to lose quality, you can go for the Balance Display setting. With this, you get a decent-looking version of Tower of Fantasy with great frames, even with low-end devices and PCs.
