What Does Air Purification Do?

One of the systems you can redirect power to is air purification. This will activate all the vents in your current location, cycling the current air flow. Purifying the air will ultimately leave a cool mist floating around your current area.

The gentle mist might seem like it does nothing at first glance, but it actually works as a sort of cloaking mechanic. When you’re in the mist, it becomes much harder for the Alien to detect you through line of sight. You can hide in the mist and be near the Alien, and it won’t see you—just make sure that you don’t actually touch the Alien, as that will be an instant giveaway.

So, that’s what the air purification does in Alien: Isolation Mobile. The next time you come across a power console, you can take advantage of it! If you have any other questions, let us know in the comments below!
