The Cell Phone is a craftable item in Terraria. Players can craft it using PDA, Ice, or Magic Mirror, and a Tinkerer’s Workshop. Once you have a PDA and any of the two mirrors, go to a Tinkerer’s Workshop and craft the Cell Phone.

Where to Get a PDA
