This article is over 10 years old and may contain outdated information

A really unique game is now available on the App Store, a game that’s been developed by a man that definitely doesn’t need any introduction, as he’s one of the most creative minds of the gaming industry, Peter Molyneux. His latest title, Godus, has been soft launched some time ago in selected regions. Starting today, gamers all over the world will finally be able to enjoy his game.

As the name implies, in Godus gamers will have the power of a god at their disposal. With it, they will have to shape their world and make sure that humanity always stays on course. Obviously players will also have to make themselves loved by the human population, racking up belief points to maintain their divine power.

Another really interesting feature of the game is how the free to play mechanics have been implemented in the game formula. Unlike several other games, in Godus these features will only become available later in the game. Molyneux has defined the game as an “invest to play” title, as the team wants to make gamers spend their money rather than being forced too.

Godus is now available for download on the App Store. The game is a really unique experience so make sure to try it out for yourself if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary.
