Moonlight Cookie is a Magic-type Cookie who prefers the middle of the team, where she can be among the action. Moonlight Cookie can use her dreams to bring forth stars that deal damage to the enemy and apply DMG increase debuff. The enemy becomes sleepy when Moonlight shines down on them.

Moonlight’s update, “Invitation From the Slumbering Moon,” also introduced Resonant Toppings. They can give bonus stats and can only be used by very specific Cookies. Moonkissed Toppings are available for both Moonlight Cookie and Milky Way Cookie, and offer a small percentage buff to each effect.
