Monster Hunter Freedom Unite has been originally released on PSP a few years ago and has managed to make series more popular than ever not only in Japan but also in North America and Europe. The iOS version also comes with some enhancements over the PSP version that should make even those who have spent hours upon hours on the original version quite happy.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is a true Monster Hunter game in pretty much every way. Gamers will be travelling all over the game’s world to hunt down some vicious and dangerous monsters, collect parts from these monsters to create more powerful equipment and hunt down more powerful monsters.

The gameplay experience may seem repetitive but that’s definitely not the case, as each monster requires a specific strategy in order to be defeated. The different weapon types also add quite a bit of variety to the action, which is never dull. Also, the multiplayer features make the whole experience more engaging than in single player. If you love though action games with RPG elements, you really have no reason to pass on this game.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is now available for purchase on the App Store. You can learn more about the game by checking out the E3 Monster Hunter Freedom Unite trailer.
