Metal Slug Infinity – What are War Books?

First things first: what are these War Books and what do you use them for? Well, it’s really simple! They are some books, which you can pair up in order to gain some more extra effects and be able to get some bonuses to help you clear the stages much faster.

There are several book sets which you can acquire, and when you have multiple books from the same set you will receive certain set effects. 

There are 2 book sets, 3 book sets, 4 book sets and 6 book sets. If you have all of the War Books from the same set you will receive all of the possible set effects according to how many there are in that set.

One War Book equipped costs 5 points, but you can increase that number by spending Gems. 

Metal Slug Infinity – The best War Books

If you are looking for the best War Books to use for your teams, then you must check all of the bonuses, because you should equip mainly the ones that boost your active team skills. For example, if you have Regular Army units you will not benefit much from Rebel Army War Books. 

I am going to list all of the War Books sets and tell you which ones I consider worth getting, according to the set bonus that they give. Also, take into consideration that I am mentioning if they are worth for the faction that they boost (Regular Army, Rebel Army, Another Force)

Rebel Commander Candidate Training:

– Total: 3 War Books

Mystery of Arabia:

Metal Slug Infinity – How to get War Books?

In order to obtain War Books you will have to check out the War Books store! They can be found on the main interface, in the bottom right corner of the screen. There, you can see under the “War Books” menu the Store tab.

Every hour you can refresh the store for free, where you get a chance to obtain new, unowned War Books. I suggest buying the ones that will go with the team that you use the most first, because that’s how you will get the most out of them without wasting your currency for non-useful ones.

Also, don’t forget to head on to the Boot Camp and fight in the different dungeons to obtain book tokens necessary to upgrade the War Books!
