Finding the Merchant Ship is one of the missions you will be supposed to finish while completing the Zero to Hero questline. And the only difficulty in this mission is finding a frigate, the significant spaceship with red lights. The fact is that a few frigates are spawned randomly on the map. 

Therefore, the best way to find a frigate is to enter raids on different locations until it spawns. On average, 5 attacks are entirely enough to find the ship. And when you do it, breach the merchant ship.

From the start, you should turn left and go forward. Here you will see a few trucks. And you should pass them to enter the room with red lights, which is located on the right side. Here you need to go up using stairs and keep running forward. Just below, you will see the significant construction, which is the ship engine.

Press “Use” and hold it for 25 seconds to complete the quest. And if you want to leave the Merchant Ship, there are 2 escape pods in this room, on the right and left sides. So, just feel free to use them.
