On June 5, when players tried to hop into Fortnite after the successful completion of the Collision live event, marking the end of Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 2, they were met with a Server issue, stating, “Fortnite is Currently Unavailable,” along with the error code LS-0016. As per the official notice posted on Epic Games server status page, Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 3 update maintenance kicked off on Jun 5, 07:12 UTC. The update usually takes around 10 to 12 hours. The last Chapter of Fortnite ended with a bang as players virtually experienced the Collision live event that paved the path for the upcoming Chapter 3.
