- After this, read the talk topic, which is named ‘Mysterious Blast on Exeter.’ This will open four new locations on the northwest side of the map.

Also, you must defeat all the enemies in the Madura Drift location. Then kill Bakram Cleric in Belmorose Highwilds. After that, go to the Vasque and move to the Bortegun Fens.
