New Pokémon Snap features a variety of tools that can aid players to take the best possible photos of all the Pokémon roaming the Lental regions. Among these useful tools are the Fluffruits, some tasty fruits that can make Pokémon behave in a different way, which is exactly what is needed for those high-star pictures you need to complete the Photodex.
Here’s how to unlock Fluffruit and how to use them properly.

To unlock the ability to use Fluffruit, you do not need to do anything special, as the ability will be unlocked automatically after completing the Illumina Spot in Florio Nature Park.
Once you have reached this point in the story, you can use Fluffruit without having to worry about running out of them, as you will have an unlimited supply with you. All you have to do to use one is press the B button while aiming with your camera. You cannot, however, throw them one after the other, as there is a short delay between throws, so make sure to take aim properly.
How To Use Fluffruit Properly In New Pokémon Snap
Fluffruit has a variety of uses that will help you take pictures of Pokémon rated higher than with a single star. Most Pokèmon will try eating the Fluffruit as soon as they spot it, which is considered a rare behavior. You can also use them to wake up sleeping Pokémon, and even get them angry: some Pokémon will attack nearby monsters once they have been made angry, and possibly open new paths for you in their anger.
