But the access to Cecilia Garden is hidden behind a Seelie-based puzzle that many players find hard to solve.

How to Unlock Cecilia Garden in Genshin Impact 2.4
Cecilia Garden is one of the Domains of Forgery that players could unlock since Genshin Impact version 1.0.
To unlock the Cecilia Garden domain in Genshin Impact, you have to find and direct four Seelies to their respective pillars.

You will find the first Seelie floating above a pillar stacked with stones. Break the stack of stones, and the first Seelie will take the spot.
You will find the second Seelie on the right side of where you spotted the first Seelie. Go near the Seelie and direct it to its respective pillar.

On the left side, inside the cylindrical wind barrier, you will find another Seelie. Get inside the current and use an Anemo ability on the Anemo pillar to remove the wind barrier.
Once the barrier is gone, guide the Seelie to its pillar.
The last Seelie is hidden behind a rock formation found on the right side of the Cecilia Garden domain.
Once you guide all the Seelies to their respective pillars, the seal on Cecilia Garden domain will break and you will unlock the domain.
