In World of Warcraft, you can unlock the Bubble Lifter using the Pearlescent Bubble Key, found in one of the chests on the second level of the main chamber of Zskera Vault. Once you have the key, you can use it to activate the Bubble Lifter and access the Vault’s upper sections.

When you are in the main chamber of the Zskera Vault, you must first defeat the Spider mobs and use the web ropes to access the second level, which has eight locked doors filled with different items. One of the locked doors garners a set of chests, among which one has the Pearlescent Bubble Key.
Just keep in mind, the Zskera Vault layout changes each week, and so does the room with the chest that offers the Pearlescent Bubble Key. But the general process remains the same, irrespective of the layout.
- Enter Zskera Vault;
- Defeat Spiders and use web ropes to access the second floor;
- Look for the chest with Pearlescent Bubble Key;
- Use the Pearlescent Bubble Key to unlock the Bubble Lifter.
