You can unlock Barn, Mill, Coop, and other such facilities in Coral Island by buying their blueprints from the Carpenter duo, Dinda and Joko. Once you complete the Home Sweet Home main story quest, you can access the Carpenter option while talking to Dinda at the Carpenter Shop counter. 

Select the said option to view all facilities available in Coral Island that you can unlock. To get started with the unlock process, you must collect the required materials and have enough Coins to purchase the blueprint from Dinda and Joko. Once you do that, they will make the said facility for you. 

You can also use the Shop option to buy home decor, resources, and other items from Dinda at the Carpenter’s Shop.

That said, talking about the Store timing—yes! Stores have their opening and closing time in Coral Island—the Carpenter Shop is open from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM (Mon-Fri), and on Sunday, it closes an hour early.
