However, you also need to unlock that specific item or conjuration by progressing in the main story or purchasing spellcrafts from Tomes and Scrolls in Hogsmeade. And one more thing: conjuring items in the Room of Requirement will cost you some Moonstones, which you can obtain by exploring the world and finding Moonstone Ore.
