How to Summon a Reality Sapling in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 has arrived with a new biome full of bouncy shrooms and purple trees surrounding the epic Reality Tree at Reality Falls. It is here that you will get the opportunity to gather seeds and plant your very own Reality Sapling- a baby version of the Reality Tree! Find out how below.

Summoning a Reality Sapling

The first thing to do is find a Reality Seed Pod. These are growing on the branches of the Reality tree and look like big bulbous organisms. Hit it with your pickaxe until it bursts, giving you a temporary anti-gravity effect, and a Reality Seed.

Pick up the Reality Seed and keep it in your inventory until you are ready to plant it. It can be planted anywhere, but most players plant them around the Reality Tree as soon as they receive them.

To plant the Reality Seed and summon a Reality Sapling, hold the seed and aim to the area you would like to plant it. Throw the seed and it will grow instantly.

As long as it is left alone by other players and not destroyed, the sapling will stay put and continue to grow. You can nurture the plant by removing the mushrooms and weeds that appear around its base. If you keep it growing well, it may begin to offer you higher rarity items.

You can revisit your sapling every game and see what it has to offer. The fruits that appear act like mini chests and contain weapons, and healing items like med kits and shields.
