The best way to rank up quickly in Project Ghoul is to complete quests. NPCs that have a yellow question mark floating above their head have a quest for you, so talk to them to initiate it. Keep in mind that you can only activate and track one quest at a time, so if you accept another quest, it’ll overwrite your current one. Be careful not to overwrite a quest you already have progress in.

Every single quest in Project Ghoul is repeatable, which means you can complete them over and over again for more experience. The quests you want to repeat to earn experience quickly are the ones that require you to defeat a certain amount of enemies, like the low-rank Ghouls. You’ll earn a lot of experience from completing the quest, on top of the experience earned from defeating the Ghouls.

At around level 50, you should be strong enough to start fighting the medium-rank Ghouls. The game will show you where the NPC is that gives you the quest to defeat them. Once you’re strong enough for this, you should start fighting the higher level enemies for more experience. The loop is exactly the same: pick up the quest, defeat a bunch of enemies, then repeat the quest again.
