First of all, you have t go into the Muscle Legends game and appear along with all the newcomers in the first location where you will need to choose any sports equipment and start pumping. Your body at first will look like a match, it will be very thin. You will walk slowly and anyone can kill you.
Simulators have different requirements for training and the amount of strength your character has. So for example, you will not be able to lift a heavy bar if you have not gained the amount of strength that is necessary before that in order to be able to lift it. Start with something as simple as dumbbells or a treadmill.
As soon as you gain enough strength, you can proceed to the heavier ones, for example, lifting the barbell.
