To be clear, you cannot open the Nameless Treasure—instead, you have to give it to the Xigu Antique Shop owner, an NPC named Lilang. Once you give him the Nameless Treasure, you will get 40 x Primogems and 100,000 x Mora.

You can find the Xigu Antique Shop in the central part of Liyue Harbor. Go to the shop between 6:00 to 19:00, or you won’t find Lilang. You can change the time using the Clock available in the main menu.
