How to Get to Rose Church in Elden Ring
You can find the Rose Church in the Liurnia of Lakes region of the Lands Between. It is located left of the Fallen Ruins of the Lake Site of Grace.

The Rose Church is where the NPC Varre heads to after progressing his quest till the part where you take one of the seats of the Roundtable Hold. Upon reaching and interacting with Varre at the Rose Church, he will give you the Festering Bloody Finger.

You can invade three players and interact with Varre to complete his questline.
Other than that, you can head inside the Church to spawn the Sanguine Noble assassin, whom you can kill to get the Bloodrose item.
