Just head over there and look at the place near the head of the left statue. There you will see the red shiny ruby. However, even if you manage to find it, there is still a problem. The gem is placed too high and none of your villagers can get it. But there is a solution!
In order to jump high and get the ruby, you will need to craft a Jump Potion. This item will allow your character to jump higher and get the gem for you. However, this potion is not so easy to craft. The first ingredient is Magic Concentrate. You can get it by using Magic + Magic. But, the second ingredient is harder to get. It is Air and you will need to take it from the wind tornado. You should give this task to a character that mastered a lot of skills and got the enlightened status.
Once you get all ingredients, you will be able to craft the Jump Potion. Then you can give it to one of your characters and command to bring the ruby for you.
