How to Get the Boomstick

In Terraria, players can get the Boomstick weapon from Ivy Chest, Bramble, or Jungle crate. You can find the aforementioned crates in Jungle Shrines, at the base of the Living Mahogany Tree.

So, where can you find the Living Mahogany Tree in Terraria?. It is found in the Underground Jungle area.

Assuming you manage to get hold of an Ivy chest, Bramble, or a Jungle crate, there is no guarantee you will get the Boomstick weapon – because the chances of getting it are low.

  • Ivy chest – There is a 22.5% chance of getting Boomstick.
  • Bramble – There is a 19% chance of getting Boomstick.
  • Jungle crate – There is a 16.67% chance of getting Boomstick.

You can keep opening the crates and eventually, you will get the Boomstick weapon in Terraria.

Here is a very short video that shows how to get Boomstick. Though keep in mind, it depends on the RNG, so you may have to open more crates and chests to get the weapon, as compared to other players, or vice-versa.
