With the COD Mobile Season 1 (2022) hitting the global servers, Activision introduced a tactical grenade called Storm Ball. Starting from the next season, Call of Duty: Mobile players would be able to block enemy’s vision and prevent their health regeneration using the new Storm Ball Grenade.
Although it’s a free item in the game, players still need to unlock the Storm Ball tactical grenade in order to use it in multiplayer matches. So without any further ado, let’s have a look at the steps to get Storm Ball in Season 1 (2022).
How to unlock Storm Ball Grenade in COD Mobile
The only way to unlock the Storm Ball tactical grenade is by reaching tier 14 in the COD Mobile Season 1 Heist battle pass. Since it requires a massive amount of battle pass XP, unlocking Storm Ball is a relatively long process and would require hours of grinding to accomplish.
However, players can speed up this process by participating in Seasonal challenges and events, as they often reward a huge amount of XP upon completing missions and tasks.
