Similar to any other Normal Boss, you must first defeat the Aeonblight Drake to get access to the respective Trounce Blossom that rewards you with the Perpetual Caliber character ascension material.
Just make sure you have 40 Original Resins to claim the Trounce Blossom. Once you claim it, you will get some common artifacts of different rarity and one to three Perpetual Caliber; the number depends on your World Level and RNG.
Where To Find Aeonblight Drake Boss In Genshin Impact
The Aeonblight Drake boss arena is located east of the Devantaka Mountain area. To reach the boss arena, teleport to the Ardravi Valley waypoint and then use the Four-Leaf Sigils to grapple to the entrance of the Aeonblight Drake boss arena.
