How to Get Ichor
In Terraria, Ichor is an enemy drop item that players can get from Tainted Ghouls and Ichor Stickers.
The Tainted Ghouls are Hardmode enemies found in the Crimson parts of the Underground Desert area.
Ichor Stickers are squid-like Hardmode enemies found in the Underground Crimson. They are Arial enemies, and you can find them floating in the air while exploring the Underground Crimson biome.

Ichor Stickers themselves use a stream of Ichor to attack you. If you get hit by it, you get the Ichor debuff, lowering your defense by 15 ~ 20.
If farming enemies is not what you prefer how about fishing in the Crimson? Players have a 50% chance to get Ichor by opening Hemtic Crate that is obtained via fishing in the Crimson.
