How to Get Essence Fast in Clash of Beasts: Tips and Cheats

Essence is the lifeblood of your kingdom in Clash of Beasts, and it’s used to improve your Beasts, base, and more. You’ll need a lot of Essence, so today we’ll show you how to get Essence fast in Clash of Beasts!

How to Get Essence Fast

First and foremost, the most reliable method of gaining more Essence is through your Essence Well. The Essence Well will gradually collect Essence for you over time, but it’s rather sluggish, starting out at about 100 Essence an hour. You can of course upgrade it to increase its maximum capacity and production rate, but for the first couple of levels, it’ll be rather slow.

There are a couple of ways to boost the Essence Well’s efficiency. You can temporarily boost its production rate by 100% by using an Essence Well Boost. These boosts last for 24 hours and can be acquired through rewards and crafting. You’ll need a high level Workshop in order to craft more.

You can also harvest more Essence if you have a Beastmaster Pass active. You earn 50% more resources from harvesting, so it’s best if you wait until your Essence Well is brimming with Essence to get the most out of it. Though, if you’re a strictly free player, you probably won’t be using the Beastmaster Pass outside the freebies.

Essence can also be pillaged from attacking random player bases. When choosing a base to attack, make sure to look at the listed resources. Initially, we thought it’d be best to go after the bases with lots of Essence in them, but we’re not sure what the listed amount is supposed to mean.

We would pick bases with lots of Essence listed, but then we would only earn a bit of Essence. The inverse also happened, as we went after low Essence bases and ended up getting a lot. Ultimately, we just pick the base with the most Essence and hope for the best.
