To get the Brick Break TM, you’ll have to explore the world once you’ve completed a third of the game. That’s when you’ll have access to the area. Once that’s done, go to the East Province Area Three Watchtower, northwest of Levincia City. Then head northeast till you get close to the river where you’ll find a pit. Now circle around the pit until you see the chartreuse Poke Ball!

Then go back to the local Pokémon Center and Technical Machine to make your own. It requires 5,000 LP, 3 Hawlucha Down, 3 Makuhita Sweat, and 3 Crabrawler Shell. You should find Makuhita in many parts of the East Province Area Three.

Also, the nearest Crabrawler spawns are usually in the East Province Area Two close to the river. Hawlucha on the other hand, are pretty easy to find in North Province Areas One to Three, and if you’re lucky you can get them without straying too far off.
