To get Bear Jelly Burger, you need to first unlock and install Jampie Diner. This production unit becomes available when your Cookie Castle is upgraded to level 4. You can build the diner from the build list. You’ll need 24 roll cake wood, 20 sugar cubes, 3 candy saw, and 11,800 gold coins.
At level 1, the Jampie Diner produces Jelly Stew. To get Jelly Bear Burger, you’ll have to upgrade the diner to level 2.

After the diner reaches level 2, you can start producing Bear Jelly Burgers. To produce one Bear Jelly Burger, you need 10 Jellybean and 1 Tart Jampie.
