Thankfully, at the time of writing this article, the issue was already solved, which means that now players can find the boat to Dragon Isle. But if you are still facing the problem, we recommend you check for updates or re-download the game. 

From the looks of it, the WoW: Dragonflight boat not showing up issue was caused by busy game servers and was not a glitch. So, while re-installing the game seems like a no-brainer, it is worth trying out.
