You will understand that the feature has been activated when, after the end of the main story, you begin to see icons of various Pokemon on the map. When you arrive at the marked location, you can find 4 of the same Pokémon there, and there is a chance that one of them will be Shiny. There are little tricks on how to farm using this feature. To do this, you need to select the zone where the icon of the Pokémon you need is displayed. If there is none, then you must go to Jubilife Village in any area, and then return. This will update Mass Outbreaks.
And now for the most important trick: in Mass Outbreak, you have to catch or defeat one Pokémon in less than 60 seconds, and then quickly return to Jubilife Village. This will prevent Mass Outbreak from disappearing with the Pokémon you need. You just need to repeat this action over and over again until you see a Shiny Pokemon.
