Loot Wildlife in Fortnite
Usually wildlife can only drop meat and mushrooms when killed, but some of these animals are a bit more special. Recently a glowing Boar, Wolf, or Bird can be found roaming the island, and any lucky player who spots them can hunt them for what they are holding.
The wildlife can be glowing purple or gold, and will drop a weapon of the corresponding rarity: either Epic or Legendary. Even more rare is the Mythic glowing loot animal which glows with a lighter golden sparkle but these are very hard to find and spawn only once in a while. If you manage to hunt a Mythic Loot Animal you are very lucky indeed!

These Loot Animals can be found around the island where any wildlife is normally found. The birds are more common and usually glow with a purple Epic colour, but they are harder to hunt as they fly away and can disappear into the sky if you are not quick or accurate enough with your shots.
The Wolves and Boars are a little more rare but easier to kill. You can shoot them, or run them down with a vehicle pretty easily. All you have to do is watch out for the tell-tale sparkle!
