While playing Terraria, you have to carry a number of items in your inventory that assist you at some point. Among all the items, a few of them are pretty valuable, and you don’t want to lose them by accidentally removing them from your inventory.
In such a case, you can mark such items as favorite in Terraria that prevents you from mistakenly throwing them out of your inventory.

Steps to Favorite Items in Terraria
Before moving forward, it’s worth noting that the Favourite Items feature is only available for PC and Mac users. Moreover, favorite items cannot be quickly stacked, quick trashed, thrown, or deposited until they’re removed from the favorite list. Here’s how to favorite an item:
- Launch Terraria on your system.
- Open the Invetory section in the game.
- Hold Alt on your keyboard.
- Select the favorite items.
- That’s it. A shiny border will appear around the selected ones which dontes the favorite items.
Note: The item will be removed from the favorite list once you add it into the equipment slot and move it back to the inventory.
Unfortunately, Terraria mobile players can’t favorite the items at the moment, and they can expect it in a later update.
